A lovely Monday night meal! Service was amazing and Goran was so helpful and friendly, really made our night. Food was delicious and left us feeling very full but satisfied. Definitely will be returning.

Lovely meal at Prezzo Chelmsford? Has the chain been brought? It’s a million times better than it has been in the past. Great food, great service and the ‘Rock paper scissors’ game for free dessert is very cool! Thanks Joanna for a great meal.

My son & I popped in on bank holiday Monday for some lunch. We was seated straight away & then served very quickly. The food came out hot & well presented & didn't have to wait long for anything. The waitress, Anna, was very polite & efficient throughout our time there & we were both very happy with our experience. Would definitely recommend.

I went here on Thursday 24/10/2024. I had a pepperoni pizza and garlic bread with a Coca Cola, which was delicious. I also had a chocolate cake for desert, (contains nuts), which was delicious. The service was highly good. (Amazing).

My family had a lovely time in Prezzo for my sons birthday! They were very attentive, fast and helpful. My son had a lovely meal and we even got to bring in our own cake which they brought out so we could sing happy birthday! Lovely experience, thank you.

I had a fantastic dining experience at Prezzo in Chelmsford! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The service was truly outstanding—everyone was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The food was absolutely delicious. Every dish we ordered arrived hot and beautifully presented. You can really tell that fresh ingredients are used, and the flavors were wonderful. I especially appreciated how everything was cooked perfectly and served at just the right temperature. There was a great variety on the menu, and it was hard to choose because everything sounded so good! The ambience in the restaurant was also a highlight. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and relaxed, making it a great place to enjoy a meal with friends or family. The decor is stylish without being over the top, and there’s a lovely buzz of conversation without it ever feeling too noisy. Overall, I highly recommend Prezzo in Chelmsford for anyone looking for excellent food, top-notch service, and a great atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back!

My little boy, husband and I visited on 27/05/25 and we had a lovely time. My little boy was given colouring and crayons straight away, and he had a great time doing this. Our waiter Chris C, allowed my little boy the time to order himself and was very kind and patient with him, especially his ‘build your own sundae’ requests! We were not sitting long before we received our drinks and our food, service was quick, and the food was delicious! Overall Chris C was very helpful, kind, patient and has massively contributed to the fact we will be returning. Thank you!

Visited on Monday, 28 April as part of Prezzo's 99p mains deal. We had a wonderful visit - our drinks arrived promptly and our pizzas were hot and fresh. Desserts were very generous and we left very full! Our waitress was Millie and she was absolutely lovely, as was every other member of staff who served us. The restaurant was busy due to the promotion but we didn't have to wait at all and there was a lovely atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!
